Late 18th century? 3-storey, 3-bay tenement in irregular terrace with shop at ground, lined render.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern plate glass shopfront to right at ground, , pend to left, regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors, raised margins at 1st floor.

N ELEVATION: adjoining 24 High Street.

S ELEVATION: adjoining 32 High Street.

W ELEVATION: blank wall above pend to right, adjoining No 30 in close to left.

8-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; coped skew to N; tall and broad brick gablehead stack on party wall to N.

INTERIOR: being refurbished August 1997.
