Circa 1870, single-storey, symmetrical 3-bay cottage.
Whinstone coursers with ashlar dressings. Steps up to central
round arched door in wide pedimented doorpiece; flanking
bipartites, with apron panels. Piended, platformed, slated
roof with symmetrical paired stacks. South flank has canted
bay window with blocking course above eaves cornice.
Built after 1868 according to Forrest's Illustrated Guide to
Moffat 1900 shown on 1880's photo.
