Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house in irregular terrace to N. Squared and dressed rubble with stone margins. Eaves course.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Part-glazed timber door at centre with letterbox fanlight, windows in flanking bays. Regular windows (close to eaves) at 1st floor.

4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped stone stacks with ashlar coped skews, scroll skewputts and thackstanes; cast-iron downpipes and decorative rainwater hopper.

Sited in important position adjacent to Session House of St Drostan?s Church.
