Description

Later 19th century. Single storey and attic 3-bay villa.
Coursed bull-faced red ashlar and quoins with polished
dressings. Large columned porch (arched doorway), bipartite
windows (plate glass sashes) recessed in segmental-arched
panels; eaves band, 3 broad-eaved gabled dormers, broad-
eaved slate roof, hipped, but swept to front and to rear,
flues gathered in to linked pair central ridge stacks.
Modern conservatory recessed on S flank; low garden terrace
wall to W.
Set behind ashlar-coped low boundary walls with gatepiers.
