Description

Later 19th century. Single storey 3-bay villa with Greek
revival ornament. Channelled red ashlar with raised quoins.
Advanced gable right, crenellated porch (panelled door with
sidelights) in re-entrant angle; windows (sashes with 4-pane
glazing pattern) with consoled cills and block pediments
with acroteria. End stacks; broad-eaved slate roof; unusual
decorative cast-iron barge-boards to E gable.
Set behind low boundary wall, gatepiers with shaped caps.
