Description

Circa 1860. 2 storey and attic curved corner building.
Altered granite ground floor, polished ashlar above. Ground
floor pilastered with main door at angle. Continuous fascia
and cornice over ground floor. 2 1st floor windows to
Bath Street, 3 to Main Street, 4 windows with recessed
margins in curve. Sash windows with original glazing, partly
concealed by signs. Cornice and blocking course.
Parapet to curved bays with central wall-head, corniced
stack, terminal dies with acroteria and scrolled brackets.
Slate roof. 1 later dormer.
