The upper double height part of the Cinema foyer was reintegrated to the first floor flat as per the original layout. The ground floor was formed into part of the shop premised. The Cinema Hall stayed relatively intact till it was purchased by the council and made into flata and a small commercial area. The link between the two ( The site of the Original Gairie Inn where Butcher Cumberland reputedly stayed on his journey north ) was made into a cafe sitting room on the ground floor and living accommodation on the first floor
