Early 19th century. Terraced house. 2-storeys, 4-bays. Rubble-built with painted margins and quoins. Pend at right with blind panel above; door in right centre bay. 12-pane sashes throughout. Eaves cornice, straight skews with simple moulded skewputts. Brick end stacks, slate roof.
Rear later 19th century single storey range.
19 High Street was formerly the Custom House and engraved as such over pend.
