Description

Later 19th century. 3-storey 3-bay tenement with stugged and coursed pale cream ashlar sandstone, shop at ground; raised ashlar margins. At ground to right, deep-set glazed door to shop with rectangular fanlight; to left, stop-chamfered ashlar surround to plate glass shop window at centre, and deep-set panelled door to flat with rectangular fanlight at left. Base course, and band course above. At 1st floor, single window to right, tripartite window spanning 2 left bays. Window to each bay and cill course to 2nd floor. Canted dormer. 4-pane timber sash and case windows (plate glass to tripartite window). Ashlar faced and coped rubble stack; 1 moulded skewputt; grey slates.
