Description

Earlier 19th century. 3-storey 4-bay stugged and coursed cream ashlar sandstone tenement with pair of shops at ground. Flush-panelled door to flats at centre with 2-pane rectangular fanlight; flanked by plate glass display windows and outer deep-set glazed and panelled door with rectangular fanlights; modern fascia. Windows with cills to all bays of upper floors; band course above 1st floor; cornice with blocking course above. 4-pane timber sash and case windows. Brick stack; grey slates.

Statement of Interest

Empty, and showing signs of very bad damp and disuse, 1992. Part of a continuous group.
