Description

Early 19th century incorporating earlier fabric. Symmetrical 3-storey 3-bay rendered tenement with pair of shops at ground on part corner site (street line steps back to left); raised painted ashlar margins and cills. 3 plain doors (glass replacement to right) at centre to yard and shops; outer square plate glass windows (to left, vertically divided into 3). Simple fascia; base course. Return bay to left with single windows to all floors.

4-pane plate glass timber sash and case windows. Broad, harled stack; grey slates.
