Earlier mid 19th century, 3-storey, 3-bay. Coursed tooled
rubble, tooled ashlar dressings; rubble flanks. Centre door
with flanking later enlarges tripartites, small windows in
2nd floor with original 9-pane glazing. Corniced end stacks;
slate roof.
Plaque above door commemorates 100th anniversary of 1st
meeting of Commissioner of Burgh of Invergordon 24th August 1864.
