Description

Circa 1870; 2-storey and attic house 3 wide bays, with

contemporary 3-bay shop front with shoulder lintels in west

bay. Tooled coursed rubble, polished ashlar dressings.

Segmental headed pedimented and pilastered centre door piece;

double leaf panelled doors; band and string course between

ground and 1st floor; moulded architraves to all windows;

2 later piended dormers; 4-pane-glazing. Chanelled ashlar angle pilasters at ground floor, continued as long and short angle

detailing at 1st floor. Eaves band, cornice and blocking course; corniced end stacks; slate roof.
