Circa 1904. 3-storey, 4-bay symmetrical tenement with shops at ground floor. Grey sandstone ashlar, slate roof. Corniced shopfronts, deep eaves; single and 3-light canted windows with mostly original sash and case glazing, plate glass to bottom, 4 and 6-pane to top. Corniced close door to ground floor centre, slightly altered shopfronts to left and right; 2 windows to 1st and 2nd floor centre, canted windows to left and right, corniced wallhead stack to centre.
