Later 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with shops at ground floor. Cream sandstone ashlar, slate roof. Corniced ground floor, cill band at 1st and 2nd floor, dentilled wallhead; single and bipartite architraved windows, consoled and corniced to 1st floor, plate glass sash and case glazing; corniced wallhead stack, coped gable styack to left. Close door to ground floor centre right; single window to 1st and 2nd floor centre, flanked by bipartites.
