Style of Alexander Thomson, later 19th century. 3-storey, 4-bay tenement with shops at ground floor. Red sandstone ashlar with concrete repairs, slate roof, red brick stacks with dentilled cornice and uniform cream cans. Plate glass sash and case windows, some replaced with out-of-character modern frames. Close door and 2 modern shopfronts to ground floor. 2 windows to centre bays at 1st and 2nd floor; 2-storey pedimented outer bays with 3-light canted windows and acroteria. INTERIOR: not seen.
