Dated 1853. Scottish Baronial 2-storey, asymmetrical.
Front painted and lined out as ashlar L-plan north
elevation, crowstepped gable on left with tripartites,
central door with plain architrave and cornice,
bipartite over at 1st floor. Left tripartites and 1st
floor. bipartite with crowstepped gablet on right.
Piended single storey set back wing to left with modern
window. Sides and rear stugged coursers. Tall arched
stair window centre rear and bipartite crowstepped
gable left and bipartite to right. Raised margins and
crowsteps, slated roof. Corniced ashlar stacks, original
glazing. Delicate interior plasterwork. Coursed garden
wall with entrance hemicycle of 4 piers with heavy
moulded caps, outer pair square and stop chamfered,
inner pair octagonal, delicate ironwork partly
remodelled.
