Circa 1900. 3-storey and mansard attic tenement block on gusset site with curved corner elevation and shops at ground floor. Pink sandstone, ashlar to principal elevations, squared and snecked stugged rubble to rear with polished dressings. Continuous fascia and cornice with decorative brackets above ground floor turning corner; moulded string course above 1st floor; band cill courses at 1st and 2nd floor; eaves cornice with tall parapet; bays of curved corner divided by plain pilaster strips.
E (CORNER) ELEVATION: 3-bay curved corner with steep, finialled ogival roof with narrow dormers and railings to parapet; altered shopfront (former bank) at ground floor; regular fenestration above.
N (CARDWELL ROAD) ELEVATION: 4-bay, shops at ground, framed at eaves by panelled dies to parapet; shopfronts altered (No 68 curved ingoes surviving); bipartite windows to floors above; 4 irregularly spaced dormers.
S (MANOR CRESCENT) ELEVATION: 4-bay; 2 bays to right splayed into corner with bipartite windows; to left doorway to common stair, flanked by loading door; single bipartite and stair windows (latter with coloured border glazing). Dormers to roof; panelled dies to parapet.
Timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing. Purple slate mansard and piend roof with metal flashings, green slate to ogee roof; gablehead stacks to mansard roof. Moulded eaves gutter.
INTERIOR: tiled close with Art Nouveau flower motifs.
