Mid 19th century late Georgian style corner tenem; renovated 1988. 4-storeys, shops at ground (1930s granite front at ground perhaps originally a bank); stone cleaned ashlar above, architraved single windows (cornoced at 1st floor) except at top floor where windows have recessed margins; also cill course; plate glass sashes; steel reinforcing beam at corner disguised as a cornice; stacks rebuilt or demolished; modern tiled roof with modern dormers.
