Richard Henderson, 1906. Villa with art nouveau ornament; near-symmetrical 2-storey 3-bay front to street, centre (entrance) bay with flat-roofed third storey/attic window; piended deep-eaved red-tile roof. Built of snecked ashlar, polished detailing, mullioned/mullioned and transomed windows with small leaded lights. Low outshots on either flank also with red-tiled roofs; also on west flank, a bowed wide window. Enclosed by boundary wall built of squared rubble, stepped to slope and with plain gateway openings.
