Circa 1830. 4-storey classical tenement block on corner site
with modern ground floor shops, 3 x 12 bays; West Nile Street
elevation arranged 5-7 bays stepped down with slope. 4th bay
from S on West Nile Street blind at 1st floor and blank
above. Ashlar, partially painted. All windows sash and case,
12-pane glazing mainly in N block, architraves dropped to
ground floor cornice at 1st floor. 1st floor windows
corniced. 2nd floor windows architraved in 3 x 5 bay N block.
Parapetted wallhead stacks, reduced to Bath Street, corniced
to West Nile Street.
