Later 19th century villa. 2 storeys, asymmetrical
elevations; to street, recessed low right (ie west) bay
with steps to entrance (canted window in west flank
probably not original), gabled bay alongside; to garden,
advanced gabled bay also at west and with distinctive
detailing. Mainly single and bipartite windows, sashes
with horizontal glazing pattern. Broad-eaved shallow-
pitched slate roofs. Single stack survives; east gable
has been reconstructed.
