Later 19th century 2-storey, and attic, double villa
(the left house - no 38 - painted), 2-bay houses, inner
doors, canted outer bays, steep-gabled above main
eaves with quatrefoil attic lights and timer framing.
Stugged coursers, plate glass sashes, bracketted eaves;
roofs slated left (and triangular attic light retained),
modern tiles right; end stacks.
Stepped boundary wall curved inwards on plan to
centrally placed painted gatepiers.
