Description

Mid 19th century 2-storey 3-bay villa, plain, but for
massive central porch which is painted ashlar and has
inset pilasters and deep cornice. Built otherwise of
snecked rubble with unmargined chamfered/stop-chamfered
window openings, modern glazing, blocked deep eaves, end
stacks, piended slate roof. Recessed low wing to left has
modern tile roof and massive addition to rear.
Gatepiers reduced in height, caps now set a little above
pier bases, single unaltered pier at S; railings removed
from low boundary.
