Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house.
Coursed rubble raised tooled margins. Centre door,
Roman Doric engaged columned doorpiece. 2 small
later piended dormers; corniced end stacks; slate roof.
Contemporary cast-iron spear head railings to post wall.
High rubble garden walls with early 20th century
shield-shaped and circular plaques advertising local firms.

Corner site with Moray Street. Appears on Wood's Map

of 1822 as belonging to Mr. Falconer.
