2-storey, 3 bay house. Tooled ashlar, polished ashlar
dressings. Centre entrance with shallow peidment
surmounted by anthemion finial: flanking projecting
canted ground floor windows; centre 1st floor window
also pedimented; 12-pane glazing. Coped end wallhead
stacks; piended slate roof.
Coped rubble garden walls.
Built by James Watson Wood Merchant.
Design of Kinrara characteristic of work of William
Robertson, architect, Elgin, whose nephews A and W Reid
continued his practice after his death in 1841.
