Description

Mid 19th century. 3-storey corner block, 4 bays to both High Street and Commerce Street, canted bay to angle. Channelled ashlar to ground floor; ashlar facade above, polished ashlar dressings and rusticated quoins. Mask keyblocked entrances at angle, in Commerce Street and

High Street; stilted segmental-headed and keyblocked ground floor windows, altered at High Street shop. Round-headed windows, pilastered and corniced at 1st floor and pedimented at 1st floor angle; round headed with lugged and blocked margins and 2nd floor; frieze, cornice, blocking course; shallow piended slate roof.
