Description

Dated 1814, later 19th century heightening. 2-storey and
attic house with raised basement to rear (E), 3 bays with
corniced centre door; coursed tooled ashlar, tooled
dressings, rubble flanks. 2 canted dormers; eaves course;
end stacks; slate roof.

Statement of Interest

Appears to have been heightened in late 19th century. Shown

on Wood's Town Map of 1822 as belonging to Mr Smith.
