Description

Circa 1863. 2-storey, 6-bay asymmetrical double villa, at end of continuous terrace. Squared and snecked sandstone rubble; coursed stugged ashlar with droved margines to W elevation. Base and dividing band course; eaves with exposed rafters.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: entrances at 2nd and 5th bays; panelled doors; plate glass fanlights; single windows at 1st floor above; full-height canted windows in 1st and 4th bays with panelled aprons to windows at ground. Single windows in remaining bays.

N ELEVATION: blank.

6-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; coped gablehead and mutual stacks; moulded cans; skylights.

INTERIORS: not seen 1990.
