Description

1860. 2-storey, 6-bay pair of symmetrical, classical houses. Cream sandstone droved ashlar to principal elevation; rubble to side and rear. Base course; advanced cills to ground floor windows; cill course to 1st floor windows; cornice and blocking course.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorways to 2 central bays; panelled doors; plate glass fanlights; single windows to 1st floor above; single windows to both floors in remaining bays; 2 box dormers.

4-pane, timber, sash and case windows. Grey slate pitched roof; coped, rendered wallhead stacks; octagonal moulded cans.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low coped boundary wall to street; replacement railings.
