Circa 1883-4. 4-storey ashlar-fronted flatted block with
front garden areas, bipartite rectangular bay/2-window/canted bay/bipartite ground floor rectangular bay with bipartites over/2-window/canted bay frontage with doors between
windows at ground floor. Ground floor openings margined,
cornice and blocking course with iron balcony over ground
floor bay 1st floor level, 1st floor openings architraved
with cornices, moulded architraves and cill-course 2nd,
plain architraves and corbelled cills 3rd, main cornice and
slate roof.
