Description

Earlier 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 4-bay classical terraced house, grouped asymmetrically (1-3). Polished, deeply-channelled ashlar to ground; droved ashlar at 1st floor; polished ashlar dressings; squared and snecked rubble side and rear elevations. Base course, broad band course, panelled aprons to 1st floor windows below cill course, cornice and blocking course.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: second bay from left placed almost centrally (bays to right compressed); panelled door at ground, rectangular plate glass fanlight and window at 1st floor above. Windows to each floor of flanking bays.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen fully; 2-storey extension projecting.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate M-roof with slope extending to rear to cover extension. Ashlar coped apex stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: droved ashlar with coping, formerly with railings.
