Statement of Interest

The erection of this building made possible a belated completion of Smith?s Place and provided offices for the Edinburgh Corporation tramway depot. Despite its comparatively recent construction, it is expertly matched to the neighbouring buildings, its unusual origins only being evident from the lack of an entrance door at the principal floor. A-Group with 1-19 Smith?s Place, 169-177 Leith Walk and 185-193 Leith Walk.
