Description

Circa 1800. Single storey, 3-bay cottage on falling
ground. Random whinstone rubble, red sandstone
dressings.
S ELEVATION: central doorway flanked by square (possibly
enlarged) windows. Small round arched foot-scraper
recess to left of door.
N ELEVATION: 3 cement rendered square windows set high
on elevation. Blank gable end to E. W gable adjoining
former byre at right angles.
Sash and case windows with 16-pane (4 x 4 to each sash)
glazing pattern. Red pantiles. Gable end stacks.
