Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic 3-bay house. Rendered and lined with painted ashlar dressings; harled to side and rear. Bipartite timber box dormers.

N (FRONT) ELEVATION: base course; band course above ground floor; cill course; dentilled cornice; rusticated long and short quoins. Raised margins, regular fenestration; 1st floor windows with fluted aprons. Roman Doric pilastered doorpiece at centre with broad flush-panelled door and semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing. 3 dormers.

W ELEVATION: blank gable.

S ELEVATION: 3-bay; projecting drum stairtower at centre with door to side at ground and tall stair window; flanking bays with window to both floors and dormers.

12-pane timber sash and case windows; plate glass to dormers. Grey slates; ashlar coped skews; rendered stack.

INTERIOR: unseen 1993.
