Mid 19th century, probably incorporating older fabric. 2-storey and attic 3-bay terraced house. Drydashed rubble sandstone; ashlar cills. Panelled door at centre; bipartite window to right bay at ground. Pair of gabled dormers with exposed purlins. Irregular rear elevation.
4- and 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Early red brick stacks, grey slates, ashlar coped skews.
