Description

Built 1830/40. 2-storey 3-bay villa with full-height rear

wing. Renovated circa 1984. Painted ashlar and contrasting

dressings and rusticated quoins. Central pilastered doorcase, round-headed doorway, panelled door with fanlight. Modern

plate glass sash windows. String at 1st floor cill level;

eaves/lintel band; mutule cornice; end stacks; piended roof,

now covered with concrete tiles. Low garden wall with 2

pairs square, rusticated ashlar gatepiers.
