Description

Circa 1800, 3-storey corner tenement with shop at ground;
chamfered corner, ogee corbelled to square at 1st floor.
4 bays to Friars Vennel, 3 to Irish Street. Modern shop
windows and doors, and fascia to Friars Vennel. Painted
droved ashlar and margins. Blind inner windows to Irish
Street, single blind window to Friars Vennel. Glazing
mainly modern at 1st floor, sashes with 12-pane glazing
pattern at 2nd floor. Eaves/lintel band; slate roof.
