Description

Early 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay house. Harled, painted margins, rendered and lined stacks, slate roof.

GRAY STREET ELEVATION: base course, margined angle at left; centre door with plain margined and corniced doorpiece, flanking 12-pane sash and case windows; 3 siimilar windows at 1st floor with slightly shouldered margins. Eaves course, skew gables with skewputts, coped gable stack at left, brick-coped gable stack at right, uPVC gutter.

KING STREET GABLE: 12-pane sash and case windows at ground and 1st floor right, similar smaller window at attic. Single storey wing at left; door, blocked door and partially blocked window, central wallhead stack, stone tiled roof.

REAR ELEVATION: advanced stairwell with 12-pane sash and case window and piended roof, smaller bay at ritght re-entrant.
