1820. 2-storey, 5-bay villa, ashlar fronted, with rubble
sides. Doric columned entrance with entablature, arched
door now a French window, in slightly advanced central
bay. Sash and case windows in margins, 1st floor band course
main cornice and blocking course. Wide angle pilaster
strips. Piended slate roof with central dormer and end
stacks. Rear court formed by 2-storey rubble-built, piended
roofed offices, contain back stair and porch inserted circa
1870. Rubble built boundary walls.
INTERIOR: house divided into 2 in 19th century, ground floor
gutted, 1st floor retains plasterwork doors and chimneypieces.
