Description

Early 19th century 2-storey villa with mid 19th century E extension. 2-storey, rubble built on ashlar base with margins and 1st floor sill course, aproned windows at ground.

S elevation: central 3-light bow, single bay to left, later tripartite bay to right.

W elevation 3-bay with central block-pedimented entrance.

Rear stepped outwards and upwards, piend roofed service wing with later stair access to 1st floor flat.

Piended slate roofs. Ridge and rear wallhead stacks. Windows originally sash and case 12-pane glazing pattern, retained at ground floor of W flat only: others altered to 2-pane or to uPVC.

Statement of Interest

Divided into 3 flats. Boundary walls altered and punctured by modern gatepiers.
