Description

Circa 1850, with later wing to E. Detached 2-storey 3-bay ashlar manse.

S elevation: central pilastered and pedimented doorpiece. Advanced canted 4-light bay to right. Gound floor corniced bipartite to left.

Windows architraved. Main cornice.

Piended and platformed slate roof with wallhead and ridge stacks.

Windows sash and case, 2 and 4-pane glazing pattern, 12-pane to rear.

Square pyramidal-capped gatepiers with delicate wrought iron lamp bracket. Low ashlar boundary walls with wrought iron railings and cast-iron finials to Laurel Bank. High aslar boundary walls to Prospect Place.
