Description

Circa 1850 2-storey and attic 3-bay double villa, ashlar
S and W elevations, coursed rubble N and E elevations.
Pilaster strip angles, margined windows.
N ELEVATION: off-centre piend-roofed porch to ground floor
house. Architraved and corniced entrance to 1st floor flat
at mezzanine level, approached by steps. Pedimental gablet
with twin attic windows and square stack.
S ELEVATION: 2-storey 3-bay with central corniced doorpiece.
Side elevations plain with large shaped and corniced
wallhead stacks.
Piended slate roof. Sash and case windows, 4-pane glazing
pattern to S, 12-pane glazing to N and stained glass stair
window.
Rubble-built coped boundary walls. Pedimental ashlar gatepiers.
