Description

Mid to later 18th century. 3-storey, 4-bay symmetrical
tenement. Rendered and lined as ashlar, shops at ground;
retaining timber pilasters and continuous dentil cornice
below 1st floor. Central close with original paned fanlight.
Moulded architraves; 12-pane glazing. 2 decorative trade-sign
brackets above shops; pestle and mortar to right. Slate roof;
end stacks and 2 modern dormers.
N SIDE ELEVATION TO COSSARS' WYND: 2 sash windows to E at 1st
and 2nd floor. Shop window ground floor.
4-storey block adjoining rear.
