Early 19th century, 2-storey and attic house, 3 wide bays.
Coursed rubble, rendered and ashlar dressings. Centre pilaster
and corniced door with fanlight and original panelled door.
2 modern flat roofed dormers; 2-pane glazing; eaves band and
cornice, blocking course; corniced end stacks; slate roof.
Later 1st floor door slapped centre north gable and served by
forestair.
Now serves as 2 dwellings. Appears on Wood's map of Dingwall of
1821 as belonging "Mr Mitchell"
