Description

Earlier-mid 20th century. Single-storey sports pavilion. Painted render; deep brick base course to S, W and E elevations. Raised cills.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 7 Symmetrical bays. 3-bay bowed arcade to loggia/internal shelter at centre; square-headed openings; blocking course raised over centre bay. 5-light window in bays to left and right of centre. 5-light window to advanced outer bays; door on inner returns. Door in penultimate bays.

N ELEVATION: 20 asymmetric bays (grouped 2-3-9-6). 9 fenestrated bays advanced at centre with block raised over 3 bays to right. Regular fenstration in remaining bays; 2 light windows in 2 bays to outer left.

W ELEVATION: blank.

E ELEVATION: door to left.

Small-pane glazing pattern in metal casements, top-hopper and fixed windows. Shutter grilles to S elevation. Doors blocked with metal sheeting. Long piended roof; outer bays piended to S. Red tiles.
