Circa 1900. Single storey and attic , 3-bay house (1 of terraced pair). Rubble with contrasting painted pointing and long and short concrete dressings. Pedimented entrance at centre, panelled door, flanking windows and canted dormers in outer bays. 4-pane glazing. Coped end and ridge stacks. Slate roof.
