Circa 1910. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house
stepped on slope. Rubble with contrasting painted
pointing long and short concrete dressings. Centre
hoodmoulded entrance with flanking bipartites. Chamfered segmental-headed lintels to ground floor openings; canted
wallhead dormers in outer bays. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
Modern 2-pane glazing.
