Late 18th century. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement with shops at ground floor. Painted ashlar. 1st and 2nd floor cill courses; bracketed cornice; blocking course.
NW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central timber door, 2-pane letterbox fanlight, flanked by 2 shopfronts (2-bay); glazed timber doors to inner bays, letterbox fanlights to shop to left; shop windows to outer bays. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors; 2 piended dormers to outer right and left at attic.
Shop windows at ground floor; 12-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st and 2nd floors; plate glass and 4-pane at attic. Grey slate roof; stone skew to right; corniced stacks; circular cans.
INTERIORS: not seen 1998.
Mutual 1st floor cill course and bracketed cornice with Nos 1 and 3 New Bridge Street (see separate list description).
