Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage. Coursed rubble to E elevation, with cherry-caulking to upper courses; painted rubble to N and S elevations. Painted margins.

E (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: door at centre, with 5-pane fanlight. Windows in outer bays. Later canted and piended dormer windows above outer bays; slate-hung, with timber finials.

S ELEVATION: window left of centre.

N ELEVATION: gabled and blank.

Timber sash and case windows; 12-pane glazing at ground floor; 2- and 4-pane glazing to dormer windows. Red sandstone coped skews and raised skewputts. Painted rubble gablehead stacks, with red sandstone copes. Purple slates. Several octagonal cans; very tall tapered cans to S stack.
